— Reflections for an Era of Turbulent Changes Toward the Technological Singularity —
January 2026
Alex S. W. Moon (문성원)

Prologue: In the Vortex
I will be honest. As of 2026, the planet we stand on feels like it is spinning more frantically and faster than ever before. The speed at which science translates into technology now converges in real-time, and these technologies reshape the texture of civilization every one to two years. Generational gaps are being split into nanosecond units, and we must engage in a cognitive struggle every moment to distinguish between 'truth' and plausible 'simulacra' or 'non-truth.'
I first encountered Ray Kurzweil's concept of the 'Technological Singularity' in the late 1990s. His prophecy—that the moment machines become smarter than humans would arrive between 2025 and 2030—honestly felt like a science fiction novel. Intuitively, I felt he "might be right," but rationally, it was difficult to accept.
After that, I immersed myself in corporate life. Operating overseas subsidiaries, I lived chased by time like a local entrepreneur, occasionally forgetting Kurzweil's prophecy.
Then in 2019, I suddenly realized:
"Ah, this is actually becoming reality."
From that point on, the Technological Singularity became a kind of compass for me to gauge the direction of future technology.
Nowadays, many people say human civilization is standing on the threshold of a massive transition, and for several years, this thought has occupied a significant part of my criteria for judgment.
Three giant waves are surging toward us simultaneously:
Technological Singularity: The moment AI surpasses human intelligence.
Awakening of Consciousness: A fundamental change occurring in individual and collective consciousness.
Reshaping of the Ecosystem: Rapid changes in the ecosystem and a massive shift in how natural systems operate.
Among these three waves, the Technological Singularity is the most prominent catalyst. What was a story in science fiction just a few decades ago has now become a concrete goal pursued by the world's top technology companies, such as Google, OpenAI, and Elon Musk's X-series companies, with billions and trillions of dollars poured into it.
Here, the most fundamental question arises:
"If AI is smarter than humans, what is the value of human existence?"
This writing is a journey to find the answer to this existential question.
I intend to cover three things:
Philosophical Ontology: The '3' (Three) that implies the essence of human existence.
Consciousness-Based Growth Methods: How we can expand our consciousness.
The Reason Smart Leaders Are Not Happy: What are consciousness alignment and 7-dimensional thinking?
Humanity now stands at the intersection where three massive waves—the Technological Singularity, the Awakening of Consciousness, and the Reshaping of the Global Ecosystem—meet. Here, a fundamental question rears its head: "In a world where machines have become smarter than humans, what is the existential value of a human leader?" This text aims to reveal the identity of that nameless 'heaviness' pressing down on your shoulders on Monday mornings and is a journey to restore cosmic order.

Chapter 1: The Equation of Monday Morning
1.1 Three Voices
You are sitting at your desk on a Monday morning.
The world is reaching the AI-based Technological Singularity, which will change the entire civilization within a few years. Anxieties persist daily that you cannot create value by doing business the traditional way, and existing jobs may be extremely downsized or cease to exist.
Your computer screen is filled with things to do this week. Strangely, your heart feels heavy. Is it because there is much to do? No. You are used to being busy.
Then, what is the identity of this heaviness?
Sit still for five minutes and observe yourself. You will find that three different voices are speaking in your head at the same time.
The First Voice: Voice of Perception (D - Dimension)
"In the big picture, this disruptive innovation project is truly important. It can change our industry in a few years. We will be able to survive and thrive even more in a world that has entered an AI-based technological singularity."
The Second Voice: Voice of Execution (DOF - Degrees of Freedom)
"But the reality is that the only thing I can do right today is to start the day with a repetitive routine of sending work through emails and video conferences while running the system. This has too little realistic impact to drive this project. What should I start, why, and how?"
The Third Voice: Voice of Judgment (J - Judgment)
"Anyway, is this project really the right thing to do? Are we going to struggle for short-term profits, find that the business model doesn't fit, and eventually disappear from this field like 90% of companies? However, I should give this a bit more change through consciousness-raising so that our technology explosively increases its capabilities through AI, deciding each step through continuous perception and execution to accumulate small successes."
When these three voices point in different directions, 'discord' occurs in terms of physics, and the leader becomes unhappy. A state where what you see, what you can do, and the criteria by which you judge are not aligned—this is the very identity of the heaviness you feel. When seeing, doing, and judging do not match each other, we are not happy.
1.2 Formulation of the Problem
The important thing here is that this misalignment is not just an individual problem. It is a structural problem.
In physics, we reduce complex phenomena into a few basic variables. Human consciousness is the same. The movement of life can be described by three independent variables.
Why exactly three?
Mathematically, three points are the minimum number to define a plane. Two points only create a line. A line has no [spatial] dimension. There must be three points for space to open.
It is the same in engineering. A three-legged stool is the most stable. Two legs fall over, and four legs wobble if the floor is uneven. Exactly three legs provide the minimum stability.
In Eastern philosophy, they speak of the basic structure of the universe: Heaven (하늘,天) - Earth (땅,地) - Human (사람,人). In Western theology, they speak of the Trinity. None of this is a coincidence. This is a structural necessity of the universe.
Chapter 2: The Three Wheels of Consciousness (D-DOF-J Framework)
Ancient science and philosophy stated that the movement of the world begins when there are solid foundational elements based on the number 3. The basic structure of the universe as Heaven-Earth-Human; the Trinity, which means one divinity exists and acts in the world; and the engineering stability of a three-legged stool structure that stably distributes force even when heights differ slightly.
You also likely understand the meaning of the number 3 on a personal level.
In that sense, let's look at how we can perceive consciousness dimensionally and reflect for the era of turbulent changes toward the technological singularity from each position through the 'three wheels of life's movement' necessary to drive a consciousness-based life.
At the point of the technological singularity, what is the method to achieve Equilibrium based on the development of 'Cosmic' consciousness—which realizes order, harmony, and system beyond physical space amidst the uncertainty of chaos?
2.1 The First Wheel: Perception (D - Dimension)
"What do I see?"
Some people only look ahead. They walk while only avoiding the next stone on the road.
Some look to the horizon. They imagine possibilities beyond the mountain range.
Some look deep into the ground. They read invisible patterns and structures.
Perception has dimensions.
1D perception is linear: "I'll do it if there's profit; I won't if there's a loss."
3D perception is three-dimensional: "I look at the market, the competition, and our capabilities."
7D perception is holistic: "Everything is connected, evolving through time, and within a web of meaning."
Here, dimension is not simply a spatial axis. Perception has dimensions. While 1D perception sees only linear profit, 7D perception sees the totality where time, space, and the web of meaning are connected. In other words, a dimension is not just the number of axes, but the sum of independent variables you can consider simultaneously.
2.2 The Second Wheel: Execution (DOF - Degrees of Freedom)
"What can I do?"
Thoughts are free, but actions have constraints. How many levers are placed in front of you?
Some people have only one lever: "Work harder."
Some have five levers: "Change partners, modify strategy, move markets, adjust prices, or reorganize the organization."
Some have infinite levers: "Create new paths by combining everything imaginable."
Execution is Degrees of Freedom. In physics, degrees of freedom refer to the number of independent directions in which a system can move. Execution is like the 'Degrees of Freedom' in physics. It is a question of whether to live as a pawn (1 DOF) on a chessboard or as a queen (8 DOF) who can traverse all directions. Thoughts are free, but if there are few levers for action, the leader falls into a whirlpool of powerlessness.
2.3 The Third Wheel: Judgment (J - Judgment)
"Based on what criteria do I choose?"
Even in the same situation, people judge differently.
Some people's criteria are simple: "Does it make money or not?"
Some people's criteria are complex: "Consider short-term profit, long-term strategy, team morale, and brand image all together."
Some people's criteria are integrated: "How does this change the world, what kind of person do I become, and toward what are we heading?"
Judgment also has dimensions. Low-dimensional judgment decides everything with a single number. High-dimensional judgment weighs multiple values simultaneously and sometimes embraces paradoxes. To put it another way, if the dimension of judgment is low, one is buried in numbers, but if the dimension is high, one reaches wisdom that embraces paradox and contradiction.
2.4 Why Three?
Aren't two enough? Wouldn't "seeing" and "doing" suffice?
Think of a triangle. Three points are needed to define a plane. With only two points, you can only make a line. A line is flat. Life also becomes flat.
Imagine a three-legged stool. It needs three legs to be stable. Two legs fall over. Four legs wobble if the floor is uneven. Exactly three legs are the minimum stability.
Consciousness is the same.
If there is only "Seeing" without "Doing": You become a dreamer. You see the world but cannot change it.
If there is only "Doing" without "Seeing": You become a blind activist. You work hard but lose direction.
If there are "Seeing" and "Doing" but no "Judgment": It is aimless drifting. You see many things and can do many things, but you don't know what to choose.
All three must be present for consciousness to be dynamic. Static consciousness is dead consciousness. Living consciousness moves. It sees the world, acts upon the world, and evaluates the meaning of that action. Then it sees again. This cycle is life.
Chapter 3: The Hierarchy of Dimensions and the Meaning of 7
3.1 What is a Dimension?
A dimension is not simply a spatial axis. It is the number of variables you can consider simultaneously.
1D Thinking: "Is there a profit?"
3D Thinking: "Is there a profit? How is the market? Is our team ready?"
7D Thinking: "I see profit, market, team, timing, long-term impact, ecosystem, and the meaning of existence all at once."
The higher the dimension, the more complex yet wise it is. The lower the dimension, the simpler yet blinder it is.
The following is a simplified explanation of quantum mechanical mathematical theory and philosophical dimensional definitions from the perspective of a business management leader. Most people perceive and think in 1D to 4D. 5D and above might require the training of the 'Übermensch' (Overman) mentioned by Nietzsche. Perhaps 7D can be called a high level of wisdom based on consciousness development.
Why exactly '7D'? According to 'Miller's Law (7±2)' in cognitive psychology, the number of 'chunks' of information a human can process at once is around seven. Also, in Richard Barrett's consciousness model or Spiral Dynamics, 'Stage 7 (Yellow/Teal)' is the starting point of the 'Second Tier' that overlooks and integrates the entire system beyond individual survival.
0D (Singularity): A point where everything is one. A state of deep meditation and intuition.
1D–3D: Linear profit, three-dimensional competitive analysis. (Most business sites)
4D–6D: Tracking changes in spacetime, probabilistic scenario management, systemic pattern recognition.
7D (Unity Field): A state where all dimensional distinctions disappear and the whole is known at once.
We start from 0D (ignorance) and reach 7D (wisdom), and at that peak, we return to 'Completed 0D' where all distinctions become meaningless. 7 = 0; this is the cycle of consciousness.
Check where you are right now.
3.2 Classification of Dimensions
[0D: The Singularity]
Seeing: Sees nothing. Or sees everything in one point.
Mindset: "I am one with the world."
Example: Deep meditative state, a moment of flash intuition.
Pro: Perfect intuition.
Con: Impossible to execute, impossible to communicate with others.
People in this dimension: Newborns, Zen monks, artists in a moment of creation.
[1D: The Line]
Seeing: Sees only one variable.
Mindset: "It is either A or B."
Example: "I'll do it if it makes money, I won't if it doesn't." / "Winning is good, losing is bad."
Pro: Very fast decisions, clarity.
Con: Over-simplification, ignoring context.
People in this dimension: Novice entrepreneurs, crisis situations, extreme ideologues.
[2D: The Plane]
Seeing: Sees the relationship between two variables.
Mindset: "Compare A and B."
Example: "Cost vs. Quality, which side?" / "Short-term profit vs. Long-term growth."
Pro: Understanding trade-offs, recognizing dilemmas.
Con: Cannot see the third path.
People in this dimension: First-year MBAs, middle managers, 3rd year of marriage.
[3D: The Space]
Seeing: Sees three variables three-dimensionally.
Mindset: "Sees A, B, and C simultaneously."
Example: "Market + Competition + Our Capability" / "Profit + Risk + Timing."
Pro: Strategic thinking possible, realistic judgment.
Con: Static (absence of time axis), missing the 4th element.
People in this dimension: 5th year of business, project leaders, investors.
[4D: The Spacetime]
Seeing: Adds the time axis. Sees "Change."
Mindset: "It's good now, but what about in 2 years?"
Example: "Past Trend → Current Position → Future Prediction" / "Product Life Cycle: Introduction → Growth → Maturity → Decline."
Pro: Sense of timing, adaptability, predictive power.
Con: Assumption of a single future, underestimating uncertainty.
People in this dimension: Strategic planners, venture capitalists, leaders in transition.
[5D: The Probability Space]
Seeing: Sees multiple futures simultaneously. Sees "Possibility."
Mindset: "What if...?"
Example: Scenario A (50%): Regulation passes → Fast growth / Scenario B (30%): Regulation delayed → Plan B / Scenario C (20%): Regulation rejected → Other market.
Pro: Risk management, flexibility, resilience.
Con: Analysis paralysis, indecisiveness.
People in this dimension: Crisis management experts, options investors, diplomats.
[6D: The Pattern Space]
Seeing: Sees patterns of patterns. "Why does this pattern repeat?"
Mindset: "Sees the whole system. Structure of relationships, not parts."
Example: "Why does our company always have a crisis in Q4?" (Annual pattern) / "Successful products all have these 3 DNAs" (Meta features).
Pro: Identifying root causes, system redesign, minimum intervention for maximum effect.
Con: Excessive abstraction, decreased execution power.
People in this dimension: Organizational culture consultants, ecosystem designers, systems thinkers.
[7D: The Unity Field]
Seeing: Sees everything simultaneously. And dimensional distinctions disappear.
Mindset: "Sees the whole at once. Knows before judging."
Example: "This decision is not about 'right/wrong' but 'it is already happening.'" / "7 countries, 7 manufacturers, 7 channels = Inevitable structure."
Pro: Perfect intuition, wholeness, integration of meaning and execution.
Con: Difficulty communicating with others.
People in this dimension: Sages, decisive moments of great leaders.
3.3 Self-Diagnosis Test
What dimension are you in right now?
Recall one important business decision.
Question: "How many things did I consider simultaneously in this decision?"
1 thing: 1D (e.g., money only)
2 things: 2D (e.g., money vs. time)
3 things: 3D (e.g., money + time + team)
4 things: 4D (e.g., money + time + team + future)
5 or more: 5D+ (including scenarios, patterns, and meaning)
However, the number is not what is important here. What matters is whether your D, DOF, and J are aligned.
Seeing in 2D, using 2 levers, judging by 2D criteria → Happy (Aligned)
Seeing in 7D, using 3 levers, judging by 2D criteria → Unhappy (Misaligned)
The goal is not 7D. The goal is D = DOF = J.
However, as life deepens, the dimension naturally rises. And when it reaches 7, it returns to 0 again.
"Being 7D and 0D at the same time"—this is completion.
Chapter 4: Measuring Unhappiness and Happiness - Alignment Quotient
A leader's unhappiness can be formulated with the following equation:
Pain = |D - DOF| + |DOF - J| + |J - D|
D > DOF (Powerlessness): The direction is visible, but there are no resources to execute.
DOF > J (Decision Paralysis): There are many things one can do, but the criteria for what is right are poor.
D > J (Self-Betrayal): Seeing a high dimension but judging according to low criteria (short-term profit).
True happiness lies in the state where D = DOF = J, namely 'Alignment'. When seeing 7 dimensions, using 7 degrees of freedom, and judging with 7-dimensional values, a leader finally finds peace in the center of the whirlpool.
4.1 Mathematical Formulation of Unhappiness
When the three wheels spin at different speeds, we suffer. Three types of unhappiness occur when the three wheels spin at different speeds.
Condition for a perfect life: D = DOF = J (e.g., 7 = 7 = 7)
Measurement of Unhappiness: Pain = |D - DOF| + |DOF - J| + |J - D|
This is not a simple formula. This is the physics of consciousness.
4.2 Three Types of Unhappiness
The First Unhappiness (Not Happy): Visible but Unexecutable (D > DOF)
You see 8 dimensions. But you only have 5 levers in front of you.
Symptom: "Why can't anyone see what I see?"
This is powerlessness.
The Second Unhappiness: Executable but Unjudgable (DOF > J)
There are infinite options in front of you. But your judgment criteria are poor.
Symptom: "There are too many options. I don't know what's right."
This is decision paralysis.
The Third Unhappiness: Seeing but Judging with Low Criteria (D > J)
You see 6 dimensions. But you judge based on 2-dimensional criteria.
Symptom: "Is what I'm doing right? This isn't what I wanted."
This is self-betrayal. It is the deepest pain.
4.3 Case Study: Dilemma of an Overseas Branch Manager
Let's assume a leader (executive) saw 6 dimensions (D = 6).
They actually changed the organization (DOF = 7).
But if the customer or senior management (headquarters) judges based on 2-dimensional criteria (J = 2):
Misalignment = |6 - 7| + |7 - 2| + |2 - 6| = 1 + 5 + 4 = 10
Pain Index: You could infer it is at its peak.
The leader becomes unhappy due to continuous conflict and self-betrayal.
Let's take a more specific example of a leader working overseas responsible for business in that country.
Headquarters says: "In the current business model situation, your evaluation (KPI) is based only on short-term sales."
The leader says: "But the industry is shifting... Localizing and securing loyal customers through a new business model for this overseas branch in the mid-to-long term is a critical point for sustained growth right now..."
Even after attempting to persuade headquarters with specific responses, HQ says: "Follow the current standard performance KPIs."
What happens if they force unreasonable short-term sales without even considering ways to do both?
Every night, this local leader will ask themselves:
"My vision for our branch's direction and response... this is right for our future, so why must I follow this based on only low criteria?"
This is self-betrayal.
This is an unhappy situation that not only CEOs but everyone in a leadership position in an organization will encounter.
4.4 Conditions for Happiness
What if we could express the lives of company leaders and organization members with the three wheels we've seen so far: "Perception of Dimension (D)", "Execution (Degrees of Freedom - DOF)", and "Judgment (J)"?
Dimension you see and perceive: D
Degrees of freedom you can move: DOF
Dimension you judge by: J
A perfect life looks like this: D = DOF = J (e.g., 7 = 7 = 7)
Your unhappiness is calculated as: Pain = |D - DOF| + |DOF - J| + |J - D|
In the case of the entrepreneur earlier:
D = 8, DOF = 5, J = 3
Pain = |8 - 5| + |5 - 3| + |3 - 8| = 3 + 2 + 5 = 10
If he aligns everyone to 7:
D = 7, DOF = 7, J = 7
Pain = 0 + 0 + 0 = 0
This is the part where we can define that a leader can be happy.
Chapter 5: Choice of the Technological Singularity
5.1 Two Paths
As we are in the changes on this Earth at the starting point of the current technological singularity, we will be able to find and see the following paths (directions) from a dimensional perspective.
Path 1: Transitioning into an organization that aligns dimensions step-by-step through the growth of organizational consciousness.
A long-term game based on the dramatic sacrifice of the leader, transitioning to a business model based on the technological singularity, and transforming through continuous improvement with a new business paradigm.
Path 2: Creating a new business paradigm and a new organization (company).
Based on disruptive innovation, either separating from the existing organization or starting anew; the birth of a lightweight organization. However, a situation where one must start as a new organization beginning with a new business model based on the AI and robot-driven technological singularity, where one already starts the organization at a high consciousness dimension of 5D or higher, and sales per person are unimaginably enormous.
The judgment of these two is entirely a situation that each organization and company must decide. But regardless of which one is chosen...
5.2 Incompleteness Theorem
Just as life is not perfect, there are moments when one cannot maintain D = DOF = J no matter how hard one tries.
For example:
The world changes too fast (D suddenly increases).
Resources are scarce (DOF decreases).
Values are shaken (J is confused).
If misalignment occurs based on D = DOF = J, perceiving this not as failure but as a green light for an opportunity to grow, one can find ways to lower the probability of failure and turn a crisis into an opportunity through the fastest possible response.
Chapter 6: Action Protocol
6.1 Three Stages of Crisis
Then, if we define and respond to the three stages of crisis, we could take the following as an example.
Stage 1: Admission — "Right now, I am in a state of misalignment." Calculate the pain index: |D - DOF| + |DOF - J| + |J - D|
Stage 2: Choice — Three paths:
(A) Dimensional Reduction: "I will see less" (Fast: 1 week)
(B) Capacity Expansion: "I will do more" (Slow: 3 months)
(C) Judgment Evolution: "I will judge differently" (Medium: 1 month)
Stage 3: Execution — Choose only one, focus, and try it for just 90 days.
6.2 Emergency Prescription: 24-Hour Realignment
In an extreme crisis: Tonight (3 hours)
19:00-20:00: Emptying — Pour everything out onto paper or a sheet.
20:00-21:00: Reduction to 3 — "What are the 3 most important among these?"
21:00-22:00: Tomorrow's Plan — Design tomorrow with only 3x3=9 items.
The Next Day: Execution
Do only the 9 things.
Effect: Immediate alignment. Pain index -80%.
6.3 The Art of Dimensional Translation
Rule: Descend to the other person's dimension, but maintain your vision.
Method:
Stage 1: Identify the other's D — "What dimension does this person see?"
Stage 2: Input in that dimension — If an investor is 2D: "Estimated revenue in 3 years is $50M. The reason this is possible is because of an ecosystem approach." (Key: 2D Answer + 7D Reason)
Stage 3: Gradual Expansion — After several months, the other person also grows to 5-6D, making it possible to minimize the gap in business views and improve the partnership relationship.
6.4 Team Alignment
One of the hardest things in an organization is that it is impossible for everyone to work at the same dimension. And it can be seen that it isn't even necessarily required.
Instead, through the optimization of dimensions by roles of the organization and members:
Execution Team: D=3∼4, DOF=6∼7, J=3∼4 → "How"
Strategy Team: D=6∼7, DOF=3∼4, J=5∼6 → "What"
Leader: D=7, DOF=5∼6, J=6∼7 → "Why"
The key is that each operates in a different dimension toward one goal. This must be optimization through team alignment of members considering humans and AI (robots) as one team.
6.5 Dimensions by Life Stage
We evolve naturally.
20s: 1-3D
30s: 3-5D
40s: 5-7D
50s+: 7D
This is not inevitable. It is a selective result.
Some people stay in 1D even in their 60s.
Some people reach 7D in their 30s.
Chapter 7: Dynamics of Dimensional Leaps
7.1 Discontinuous Transition
The moment of a dimensional leap in consciousness does not rise gradually. It leaps.
The recognition of a turning point happens suddenly one day; the world looks different.
7.2 Five Catalysts that Promote Leaps
Crisis — When misalignment is extreme.
Mentor — A person who sees a higher dimension.
Travel — Getting out of a familiar environment.
Reading — The effect of raising the dimension of consciousness by borrowing others' dimensions.
Reflection — 15 minutes every day, "What did I not see today?"
7.3 Dimensional Paradox: 7 = 0
Also, I think the dimensional paradox can be completed as follows.
Strangely, when you reach the 7th dimension, dimensions disappear.
7D consciousness can be expressed as: "Sees everything. All dimensions simultaneously."
But the distinction of dimensions becomes meaningless. This is the 0th dimension.
Eventually, it completes the cycle of returning to a circle.
We started from the 0th dimension. When humans are first born without information about the world, they do not distinguish dimensions. The completion of the highest 7D consciousness can be seen as another extreme of the peak where one again does not distinguish dimensions, and everything becomes connected as one.
In other words, in simple notation:
0D → 1D → 2D → 3D → ... → 7D → 0D
It is the completion of one circle.
[ Epilogue I : Return to Equilibrium ]
By repeating this journey of recognition, action, and decision, growing consciousness, and finding the most stable balance/equilibrium in a dimensional position—that is, when maintaining the alignment of mind, body, and spirit—I feel confident that even if we encounter the great changes of disruptive innovation of existing civilization due to any technological singularity situation, we can move in a direction where individual happiness and organizational happiness can be sustained.
What about you?
What is your D?
What is your DOF?
What is your J?
And are they aligned?
This is the most fundamental question given to us living in the age of the technological singularity.
The method to achieve Equilibrium based on the development of Cosmic consciousness that realizes order, harmony, and system beyond physical space amidst the uncertainty of chaos.
The answer is simple:
D = DOF = J = 7 = 0
Complete alignment. Complete integration. Complete return.
The process of us finding this mathematical equilibrium is not the end of a cold calculation, but resembles a poetic return where the universe condenses its own complexity into a single point of wisdom. Now, listen to the voice of consciousness hidden between the lines of that equation.
[ Epilogue II : On the Levels of Consciousness ]
One could say the universe has seven dimensions,
Or one could say it has no dimensions at all.
The two statements are not different.
Because dimension is not a property of the universe,
But the resolution of the consciousness looking at the universe.
So far, we have talked about three wheels.
D — the depth of what you see.
DOF — the width of what you can move.
J — the height of what you judge.
When these three coincide,
Consciousness is not divided,
And happiness appears not as an emotion, but as a result of alignment.
When these three are out of alignment,
A person feels confusion,
And begins to blame technology, ideology, or others for that confusion.
However, no matter how precise a map is,
It can never become the territory itself.
Technology does not replace consciousness.
It only accelerates unaligned consciousness.
So the problem is not technology.
The problem is the state of the 'gap' where the D, DOF, and J
of the humans using technology are misaligned with each other.
What is your D?
What is your DOF?
What is your J?
If these three numbers are the same,
You are at peace in that dimension.
If they are different,
You are as heavy as that difference.
There are two kinds of truth.
A temporary truth that works depending on the situation (Simulacra),
And the truth of alignment that remains even without any explanation.
Most truths collapse over time.
But that which cannot collapse
Does not need much explanation in the first place.
D = DOF = J
This is not a proof, but an invitation.
Not an answer, but a mirror.
This text was not written to give a right answer.
Nor was it to persuade someone.
This text was written to remain as a mirror for myself,
And it was written to remain as a mirror for each reader.
If this text is comfortable,
Perhaps you are already aligned.
If this text is uncomfortable,
It is worth asking where that discomfort comes from—
Whether it is from D, from DOF, or from J.
That question itself is all this text can give.
This text does not demand understanding.
Instead,
It provides an opportunity to ask yourself
Where you are standing right now.
When you reach the 7th dimension, you return to the 0th dimension.
The circle is completed.
Somewhere on that circle,
There you are.
This essay does not change you.
However, it does not hide(conceal) where you already are.

App. 1) The Equation of Consciousness
To express the core even more simply,
Your consciousness (the internal operating system of leadership) is described by three independent variables:
D (Dimension of Perception: What you see and how far you read the context)
DOF (Degrees of Freedom of Execution: What you can actually do—resources, authority, capability, speed)
J (Dimension of Judgment: What is right—values, priorities, principles)
The condition for happiness (stability and conviction) is their alignment:
D ≈ DOF ≈ J
(In reality, it's not a perfect equal sign, but alignment within tolerance is key.)
Pain (confusion and friction) is measured by that misalignment:
Pain = |D - DOF| + |DOF - J| + |J - D|
What this formula says is clear:
If D is high but DOF is low: The direction is visible but execution is blocked, leading to organizational fatigue.
If DOF is high but J is shaky: Speed is gained but the team is divided and risks increase.
If J is strong but D is narrow: Principles are solid but signals of change are missed.
This is a philosophy and a single language toward integration.
It is a method to find balance between the linear thinking based on the five senses (plan/cause → result) we are familiar with and the non-linear reality outside the five senses (feedback/interaction/rapid change) shown by the actual market.
'Grand Unification' as spoken of in physics is a metaphor here—it is the will of integration to align scattered elements into a single order.
Align. Find balance. And when you reach the 7th dimension, return to the 0th dimension.
7th Dimension: Expand your view (see multiple perspectives, systems, and time axes simultaneously).
0th Dimension: Converge into execution (translate into one point of decision and action at this moment).
This shows that in the new business era evolving within the whirlpool of the technological singularity, the essence (Ontology) of finding solutions to problems while running an organization as if running a civilization lies in 'Alignment'.
App.2) Leadership D-DOF-J Self-Assessment Tool
Answer the following questions on a scale of 1 to 7. (1: Very Low, 7: Very High)
Perception (D): In the current task at hand, do I consider 5 or more variables simultaneously, such as social impact, future trends, and members' psychology, beyond short-term profit?
Execution (DOF): Do I have sufficient freedom of choice to achieve goals, such as modifying strategies and reorganizing partnerships, without being bound by existing customs?
Judgment (J): Are my decision-making criteria based on my own philosophy and philanthropic values beyond the company's regulations (short-term KPIs)?
[Result Interpretation]
Difference between each score within 1 point: Highly aligned state. High level of happiness and conviction.
Score difference of 3 points or more: Severe misalignment state. 'Self-betrayal' or 'powerlessness' in progress. Immediate recalibration required.
